Weddings here are designed as full weekend experiences rather than a few hours at a venue. We require a two-night stay, which gives you time to enjoy the property with your guests and use different areas of the orchard and inn for things like rehearsal dinners, brunches, ceremonies, and receptions.

Couples can choose from several outdoor settings, including the Ramada, Butterfly Garden Lawn, Apricot Meadow, Pear Meadow, and seasonal creekside locations along Aravaipa Creek.

Our sweet spot is around 50–75 guests, although some outdoor areas can accommodate up to approximately 125 guests.

We can sleep up to about 30 guests across the property, depending on the lodging configuration. Limited tent camping may also be available.

Most weddings require a two-night minimum, including the night before the ceremony and the night of the wedding. For smaller celebrations and elopements, we may be able to offer more flexible arrangements depending on the date and property availability. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

We can provide meals for groups of up to 30 guests. Larger weddings will need an outside caterer, and we can help connect you with vendors familiar with the property.

Yes. We require a wedding or day-of coordinator so your event runs smoothly and our team can focus on the property and venue.

For larger groups, you may need portable restrooms, additional tables and chairs, linens, catering equipment, and other rentals. We can help point you toward local vendors who know the property.

Absolutely. We regularly work with outside coordinators, caterers, florists, bartenders, musicians, photographers, rental companies, and other wedding vendors.
